There's more than one way to approach a commercial cleaning project. Here's a plain-language breakdown of the most common options, so you can go into your estimate with a sense of what might fit your project.

Recurring service
Regularly scheduled cleaning — daily, weekly, or another cadence that fits your facility.

One-time service
A single cleaning, such as a move-in/move-out clean or a post-construction clean.
